10 tactics for motivation and success

Motivation is vital to be happy and successful. The tips below will help you motivate and sustain yourself. These are practical and result oriented recommendations. Unless you apply, they will not go beyond general culture.

1.Write your story

Write the story of the future you desire, on a clean sheet with a few paragraphs. Write down what you are doing in the future, where you live and what you have. This will motivate you both now and in the future.

2. Imagine the future in your eyes

Close your eyes and imagine doing what you want to see in the future. You are running healthy, you are interested in or working with flowers in your garden. For example, if your dream is to open a small business, imagine yourself on the day of opening, saluting with your customers and employees. Thus, you can embody your dreams.

3. Imagine the history in your eyes

When you visualize the past, you see where you have been and how far you’ve come before. You understand how much you have achieved your planned goals and where you made mistakes.
